Anyone have anything I can add to the shipment for my 3060? UPS is holding it in customs. Card is coming from Canada.

Thanks,

It would be helpful if you would state which country you're in. (EU, USA, etc)

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

We do not provide a commercial invoice unless we have provided the label. All RMAs from Canada to the US need to be designated as a warranty replacement.

I’m sorry. I don’t understand. How am i supposed to return a faulty graphics card if you don’t give me the proper documentation to do so? Where else can i get this information? This is ridiculous.

Hello

https://images.evga.com/warranty/shipping/GPU_US_Shipping_Guidelines.pdf

You are responsible for shipping costs to EVGA, including any duties, fees, taxes or customs charges incurred. We do not provide you any customs documents and only the RMA return instructions which is included in the approval email. Had EVGA opted to cover the shipping expenses a commercial invoice is included in the UPS documentation.
