As the title states, I am having an audio delay while streaming and it gets progressively more delayed from the onset.  I don't want to return as defective if I don't have too, but I will not accept fraudulent malfunctioning products.

    We recently released a firmware update that should fix issues related to audio delay. Please visit our Download page and select "Other Products" -> "Capture Device" -> "All" -> "Firmware for XR1 lite".
