Card is seen in bios of Asus tuf gaming z690 plus wifi (DDR5) But does not get detected in win 11 device manager. Card is in the pcie slot powered by it's own sata power cable, RGB is lit up

That is odd that it's lit up and not detected. Is it in the only slot that it would work in? Also does the manual say the slot is shared with a built in Wi-Fi card or M.2 slot that is in use? Also what happens if you disable the built in audio on the motherboard?

Can you move the card to another slot?

Is it being detected by Win 11 as the wrong device and being given a generic driver?

    That's a possibility as well.

Or lack of PCIe lane resources.

The NU Audio card has an XMOS USB-based processor, and has an ASMedia USB-to-PCIe bridge, which is why you see this.

What would be taking up PCIe lane resources? How would one go about fixing this?

My brand new to me B-Stock Nu Audio card did exactly the same thing as yours. Windows 11 would not recognize it.
I contacted EVGA and they went through a few steps like switching slots and then asked me to send it in for RMA
I received my new card today and it works perfectly. Thanks EVGA for that.

It is entirely possible you have a bad card.
