XR1 Pro only capturing 720p @ 30fps in OBS

I recently purchase my XR1 Pro capture card and I'm having an issue where the capture card is only capturing my screen at 720p @ 30FPS.   The monitor im capturing is 1440P @ 144hz which displays fine on my monitor for pass through but Im not getting anywhere near that in OBS.  Even when using custom options in OBS, I only have 720p or lower.  I havent updated the firmware yet but is there anything else I may be missing here?

    Same issue here. I've emailed support for a resolution as well.

    I can confirm, updating to the latest firmware fixed this issue for me.
