Grabbed an EVGA 750 GA PSU during that killer sale last week to use in the HP Z220 workstation I recently grabbed as that PSU is nearing 10 years old. That mobo though has a proprietary 18 pin power plug instead of a normal ATX plug. I did order up an HP specific 24 pin to 18 pin adapter cable to be able to use a normal ATX PSU in this workstation.

But... Does anyone know if someone makes custom cables that could make one that goes from the modular output plug on the 750 GA to the 18 pin input on that HP mobo?

I'm not fond of using adapters/adding more connections in any kind of signal if possible. Esp power. Don't need extra connections to add resistance & increase heat/power waste.
