Just finished pre downloading game as official release is tomorrow.
Server speed from Steam was 57 MB/s so it took about 16 minutes to complete 58GB (deluxe version)
Played all Sniper Elite games from day one :)
 
Excited to start playing the latest sequel.

    Nice game, meet my expectation. Finished first and half of second episode.
    Got tired and stopped playing for today.

    I have never played Sniper Elite, but I have always been interested. Should I start with the first one and play all of them, or could I pick up a 5, and just start from there?

    The games do not really have an ongoing story so you should be fine to pick up the game at 5 or pick up 4 on a sale and see if the series is for you. It's worth pointing out that it has an X-ray kill camera in the game that can be as graphic as anything in Mortal Kombat. Personally I like it but some other people who play shooters might not like that level of detail on their shots.

    I am considering picking up all of the sniper elite games, and I am running into one annoyance.

    Steam has a bundle for 1-4, but 4 costs more than 5 for some reason. 5 is 49.99 for the base game, and 4 is 59.99 for the base game. Why is a 5 year old game more than a brand new game lol.

    Sniper Elite 5 is free on gamepass.......    XBOX gamepass on PC is the best deal ever.  I absolutely love it.

    yep , if you're never sure about a game - see if it's on Gamepass - 1 month of great games to play for a low, low price
