Can not see your picture. When I click the link, I just get a blank gray page. I tried with 3 different browsers. Maybe you need to make the picture public viewable?

If you're mining yes, that's what you can expect on your memory temps. If not then no those temps are too high.

You did something wrong installing the kit. Your hotspot should be nowhere near 102C+ with your GPU core at ~70C.

for 100% fan speed the delta between your hotspot and GPU temp are higher than expected. What case are you using and what's your ambient temps where the PC is located? You could try removing the cooler and reapplying thermal grease and see if that improves it. Generally speaking you want a 20C or less difference between your hotspot and GPU temperature.

My hot spot delta floats around 7 to 8C under a full load. It's a bit less at idle.

After a game of Call of Duty: Vanguard. I noticed some videos online to put the old thermals that were on the original cooler to the back. The manual shows it on the photo but does not say "in words" to put them on the back side. I've seen some videos on youtube where people put those on and some don't.

I have an H150i Elite LCD cooler. Under full load conditions my hot spot never has gone over 80C. This is in a Corsair 5000X PC case.

Remove the side panel and tell us your temps on the card now on full load.
I'd swap the card as intake.

It's probably a carry over for the RTX 3090 which does have memory on the backside of the PCB.

Currently more out then in.. possitive pressure and dust issues. More in then out makes it negative pressure and like 0 dust issues. Also the heat will just get pushed out of all the little openings in the case. Could try and see.. card would run cooler eith the cooler outside air forced threw the rad like the front rad.

You have that backwards. More intake and less exhaust is positive pressure in your case. Less intake and more exhaust is called negative pressure in your case.

lol, getting me all confused. So for the GPU have the fans blowing into the case may help. I can throw a fan or two just randomly blowing downwards until i get the cooling bracket for the cosmos700P.

Nothing to confuse you about what he stated was wrong unequivocally. If both your CPU and GPU are watercooled by an AIO it will make very little difference if you rearrange the order of your fans. Margin of error either way assuming you have adequate air flow and circulation in your case.

I always get the positive/negative pressure mixed up.. but what I knows.. is more in then out for air flow.. Best for temps and anti dust.

Meaning, if you take the cooler off and repaste the core, you should hope for better results. And, he believes your computer case has bad airflow by design.
