So cringe.
When they have a defect, say that they will look into it, and say nothing about it anymore for a year, is that also great customer service?
It's so funny how one person gets special treatment every month and then the cheers start. Who are you trying to convince? The person getting special treatment, or yourself?
Honestly this is the first time I have ever seen something like this happen to any card let alone a 3090 FTW 3. If it was a defect that was wide spread it would be reported by others on the forums as well as other forums.

Hey I just want to share my experience thus far with EVGA. I RMA'd my GPU and they sent me a replacement. I havent had much time to test the replacement but so far its working as intended. I am pretty happy with EVGA customer service! I am definitly will only buy EVGA GPU from now on knowing they are backing they product and taking care of their customer.
Big shoutout to Matt, Jayson and everyone involved with my RMA.

Some people just have to put down everything and everyone. You can't even just appreciate good customer service. Some people will try and turn anything into a negative. That being said, good on EVGA for taking care of this. It would be such a bummer to have this happen to your card.

They've been known to take care of their customers for quite some time now.
Just not the thousands of customers with the defect that they stopped responding about.
