Hello I have been in queue for a 3060 step up which I only bought because I knew I could step it up at some point.
 
I had bought this GPU on LDLC and shipped it to my grandmother since she is always home and only lives one street away. Out of ease the shipping and billing is in her name.
Now in the step up process I got rejected because i'm not the first owner?
 
what is this?

    you were able to register yourself as the purchaser using her receipt?
     
    i would call them and politely explain. they may be willing to work something thru gramma again.
