Looking at a FTW3 3080 12GB and have found a -KL (which I believe is the Low Hash Rate model). Does anybody know what the -KH suffix means?

Every 30 series video card EVGA currently sales no matter if it is a KL, KH, KR or whatever is LHR except the 3090 cards.

There have been reports of some people that stuck to the previous 3080 10GB KR non LHR cards in the queue did get emails to purchase recently.

    KL models: Come from Evga

KH models: are exclusive for Best Buy, they are named differently, but have the exact same specs (both LHR).

    * Side note: Best Buy won't price match the model (KH) because there are no other KH models (other than Best Buy) to price match. So Best Buy is able to raise the price a little higher, and won't have to worry about price matching.

(Get the “KR” version for non-LHR)
