Trying to Submit an RMA but it says I need a support ticket number

I already went threw asking a question on support but keep getting the same reply this is going on 2 weeks my card has been dead and It only has about a 1 month of warranty left. Please Help Me Out !

    Normally the support ticket number will be filled in by tech support after the RMA request is first filled out.  If it has been a little while, you would be better off giving them a call and it can be expedited.

    It appears an RMA was set up on your account on 4/14. It has already been approved. You should have a Step 1 confirmation email, as well as a Step 2 email with shipping instructions. If you have any questions, you can email us back, or call our customer service line at: 1 (888) 881-3842
