LockedSomehow shipping address chosen not one on paypal

Today I ordered a 3060Ti, finally able to snag a GPU after years of a terrible market. When paying I chose to pay with PayPal, it told me it would use the PayPal shipping address rather than the one I manually filled out, when they said this I triple checked my PayPal account to ensure that the address was correct. There is one address associated to my PayPal account and it is the one I currently live in. Somehow on the confirmation email I noticed the shipping address is to my college dorm, where I no longer live, and the address is no longer associated to my PayPal account in any way. I don’t know if it’s an issue on PayPal or EVGA’s end and where this address came from but I’m not panicking that my $530 purchase is being sent to a random dorm room and I don’t know how to resolve it.
