Hi,
I cant seem to attach a photo, but here is a google photo link of my EVGA mousepad that delaminated in such a way that I cannot flatten it back. Anyone ever have this problem? Its been this way for a couple of years. Almost like my hand/mouse heat warped it.

A longshot but maybe you can see if applying some heat over the entire area would flatten it back into original shape.  Heat up a Bacon Press or large flat cast iron skillet that cools slowly and set it atop the pad after it has cooled enough where it won't melt the plastic.  If you get the amount of heat right it could even relaminate it.

Yes, they all do it eventually. You can try a million differnt ways to fix it from just heating it and removing the rest of the laminate or using a epoxy, super sticky double sided tape like this:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MAQBPEM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details  or a silicone clear caulk maybe, hot glue etc..... we can list a million ways to play with it. I guess if it makes you annoyed enough you can rivet the s.o.b!

I would use the heat gun as a last resort as it could quickly melt the mousepad if you are not really careful.
