Works great .  Got a gigabyte Z690 aor elite MB, intel i9-12900K, noctua nh d-15 cooler,
32G Gskill 6000 RAM, and a 2TB samsung 980 pro M2 SSD (system drive) .
All in a fractal design Def 7 case .  ( cables barely long enough )
Still using the excellent integrated graphics until Vid Card prices get more better :)
 
To the Moon ... with 12 cores !

    How do you get just 12 cores with an i9-12900k? Isn’t it a 8+8 cores cpu?

    Yes .  Sorry, my bad .  Sixteen cores .  8 performance + 8 eco .
