I can't see anywhere in my account settings to change the name or delete my account. There's no e-mail for website support, just product support. This is super frustrating. Is it possible for me to delete this account somehow?

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and you can request the erasure of your account. It should take up to 48 hrs to process.

    If you want to change the account name it’s best to email a list of names you would be happy with as sometimes someone will have a name that is inappropriate or taken so it’s best to have a few options.
