i got my 750w g3 RMA approved. in the mail it's written not to send accessories/cables as well as here
https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=58681

For a Warranty Replacement RMA, please do not send in any of the following:
  • Accessories, or components purchased separately
  • Modular power supply cables
however I have issues also on the cables as I've explained to support, what to do?

btw I also sent the same question to support and they've automatically closed my rma the moment i made the question, wth???

Send the cables back, yours are burnt and will not be used in the replacement, so it doesn’t matter, and may allow EVGA to figure out what happened.

Call support and speak with a rep, we are end users and won’t be able to give you any more information than what EVGA can provide. I am also going to move your thread to the warranty section as this is 100% a warranty question.

Your RMA was denied for being out of warranty, it was not closed because you asked questions. I apologize for any confusion.

For future reference, we typically do not need you to send back any cables with your power supply. If there is a specific issue with your cables, Support would ask you to instead send the cables with your replacement, and we'll mark the RMA to send out replacement cables.
