Z20 Keyboard, TOF Problems

I've had my Z20 for around a year now, and after initial success I'm now having major issues when using any settings in Unleash software that include TOF. If I turn the setting to "On" in TOF tab, all lights turn off. If I turn TOF "Off", followed by "Apply" I can switch to Lighting tab and use only the non TOF tagged effects. It almost seems like the TOF sensor itself it no longer working. I've also tried resetting to factory setting, same results. I've switched USB ports, no difference. I'm using the latest firmware, 1.32, and the most recent Unleash 1.0.15.
 
I'm simply trying to use the "TOF By Row" setting to have different colors on different keyboard rows, I really can do without the TOF sensing at all, but that's the only way to use that lightning setting it that I can find without running the much maligned Unleash software all the time. Any suggestions would be great.

    Year still warranty. But about the TOF itself sounds like you cover all your bases. That let me know might be time for RMA but if others ran into same problem and have fix hope they let you know.

    Try uninstalling/removing all unleashed related files. Restart, download and install an older version (that previously worked) and see how it goes.

    Seems a lot of people are having issues with the latest unleashed atm.

    Uninstalled/removed and went back to ver. 1.0.10, but still have no functionality of the TOF sensor unfortunately. Getting the impression that gimmick feature is dead.

    I have been using the latest firmware and latest Unleash and still have noticed the TOF working.

    Yeah, if your TOF sensor isn't working, please reach out to us at support@evga.com so we can get you taken care with a replacement, assuming your product is still in warranty.

    I have the same problem since today, after first rma was beacuse of connect/disconnect problem and second rma because of the hanging keys.
