    Hope they can address your concerns quickly
     
    "pinholes" - you saw them After removing the plastic protective layer ?  or they could just be air pockets under that film

    When you buy directly from EVGA, they automatically register the card.  Since its within 30 days you should get a new card.

    What happens if the replacement card has similar QC defects?




    These like everything else are "mass produced" & perfection is not the Specification & price is part of the equasion

    I'm sure there are standards of what is a "normal cosmetic variation" .... only EVGA can review & rule on this
     
     
    Your photos are good; but, look like closeups ?  Could you really see most of those once the case is closed ?
     
    I'm Not sure if the "issues" are all that bad ..... are you looking at the card at arms length or 4 inches ?
     
    Bottom line you would have to talk with EVGA if your replacement failed to meet your standards, they always have the option to offer you a refund
     
    After all you are the one who has to be happy with your purchase
