Hello,
My 3090 just died :/ and I'm trying to get a RMA started. I posted a question and it asks me to get a support ticket but I cannot find it. I also need to upload an invoice? is this absolutely necessary? Because I cannot find it for the life of me.

    Where did you buy the card? If from evga you can get the invoice from your account.

    Yes, the invoice is necessary. You can always email support@evga.com or call the tech help line and they can help you start up your ticket and RMA process.

    hello everyone,
    I'm hoping some one can help me get this matter sorted, i have a 2080ti that needs to be RMA. the only problem is i uploaded my invoice no problem, but now I've got no RMA number, i contacted support on the RMA & the rep said i had already been provided with an RMA number for the card which i have not! so now i am stuck and cannot continue with my RMA, i have tried add follow up question, and i have had no answer.
     
    i am RMA one card already, which was sorted no problem, I got the RMA straight away, but with the second card, i have not received the RMA number so cant continue with my RMA.
    does any one have any ideas please?

    Luke even if you did not buy GPU from EVGA if you bought physically try go back store and find receipt. If you bought online you can always sign in to website and somewhere your old orders you should be able to find receipt. take screenshot and uploaded to EVGA website.

    On your My Products page on left hand side you should be able see RMA History on menu. click on that and you see RMA 's you done with new one there.
