Hello, I installed Precision X1, i tried to install a new firmware and failed with doing so.
Now I have 3 red Leds on the power input of my graphics card.
I found FAQ # 59742 and it seems as my problem is the same but theres no new MCU firmware online for my card.
Can anybody help me out with a new firmware for my 2080 Ti XC2 Ultra 11G-P4-2397-KR?

Kind regards
Andreas

If you have a CPU with an integrated GPU, try connecting to the IGPU, and running the update again.

You can also use NVFlash to found on tech power up, as well as the latest firmware for the XC2 card. There are many guides on how to properly flash the bios.

Start with that, and see if you can get the card to take a bios flash. If not, you may need to RMA the product.

Thanks for your help, the GPU works except the red lights and that I can‘t adjust the power limit and fans anymore, I also already searched for the latest firmware but couldn‘t find any, thats my problem, there‘s only firmware for XC, not XC2.

Contact EVGA through support@evga.com or submit a ticket through your registered product on the “my EVGA” - “my products” page, and see if they can send you a way to force the firmware update.

They may not be able to, but it is worth asking. If nothing else, they can get your card replaced if it is still under warranty.
