Do new CLC 280mm coolers include LGA1700 brackets or do I need to buy them separately?

Do new EVGA CLC 280 coolers include the LGA1700 mounting kit for new Intel CPUs? I'm really hoping I don't have to buy the mounting kit separately for $15 :)
My cooler is on the way (I purchased it along with a 3080 XC Ultra Gaming through an AntOnline bundle) but thought I'd ask ahead of time so that I can order the mounting kit to have it show up around the same time as the cooler + GPU bundle if I absolutely need to.

If the mounting kit is not included, has anyone gotten this cooler to work with a different/DIY bracket?

    Worse case scenario...if the LGA1700 is NOT included...reach out to EVGA...they have supplied brackets in the past without charging for them

    Worse case scenario...if the LGA1700 is NOT included...reach out to EVGA...they have supplied brackets in the past without charging for them

    Just wanted to update - got the cooler, LGA1700 bracket was included in the box already so didn't need to place a separate order. I suspect all new CLC coolers are being packed with the proper brackets.

    Ive just got a new clc360 didn't include one.

    So I contacted support and here's the reply...
    Thank you for your inquiry.

    The EVGA CLC Intel LGA1700 Retention Kit is only available for purchase.

    Very poor taste EVGA

    Mine was from Amazon UK sold by Amazon and not a 3rd party

    I guess that makes sense. Amazon sometimes has old stock sitting around in a warehouse for an extended period - you may have gotten a cooler that came off the assembly line before the 12th gen CPUs came out.

    Yeah dam annoying... The best bit is the 1700 bracket to get in the UK cost nearly half the price of a new clc360.

    I recently ordered from Amazon and the 1700 bracket was not included.  Wasn't a huge deal since it's available right on EVGA's site for only 10$, but yeah most likely it isn't included unless it specifically says it is on the purchase site.

    To get one in the UK it's $40

    It depends hugely on where you order it from.  I ordered my 280 back in early December from EVGA and it came with the bracket.  But anywhere that got their stock probable before December won't include the bracket.
