I have a Fujifilm X-T3 with an external mic going into the XR1 lite, and then into a Windows 10 pc with an Asus ROG Strix I Gaming MB, Ryzen 5600x, EVGA 3060, etc. Everything has the latest firmware and drivers including the XR1.

The device works fine in USB 2 mode except for Nvidia Broadcast, but that's a separate issue. The problem arises in USB 3 mode. I open OBS, and it's fine, but click on anything and the capture card freezes and eventually goes to idle mode. I reset everything and it's fine until I click something else. It could be clicking a menu, opening a piece of software, anything.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device, tried other ports, restarted the port, etc etc. It did this with the shipped firmware, and the newest firmware.
