Both cards have a hardware switch which you can move between OC and Normal position. I would like to know if i can let all 3 fans spin permanentely in one of these two positions and if yes, in which one?

Oc position will always have fans spinning , or they should be spinning ...
Make sure when you switch between OC and normal or vise-versa, you shut off pc 1st..
    then flip switch...
    then power on pc..

Big thanks for your answer because i only accept cards where i can let fans spin unindepended of the temperature. With my previous EVGA cards from the GTX series i only switched once before installing the card and never again after but there it was called Master and Slave. Master was the position for permanent spinning. That´s the reason why i was unshure if OC and Normal has the same function as others before. This means that EVGA was only renaming it. That was important for me to know.
