I got an email saying that I had 20 hours to complete a purchase of a 3070 card and when I went to checkout 2 hours after the email had sent, the card showed that there was no quantity of the item. I thought I had priority over a card but is this not the case?

    Reply directly to the email they sent you. The support team can correct it.

    You don’t need to go to Twitter or hunt down Jacob. Just a direct reply to the email gets you to exactly the person you need to speak with.
