Hey all,
Asking the question for my own peace of mind.  Just today, I noticed for the first time that the red LED's over the three power cable sockets on my 3080ti Hybrid flash once on boot/post for less than a second.  The lights go right out and have not come on at any other time.  The GPU is giving perfect performance in every other regard.  I never noticed them doing this before - maybe I just haven't been looking at them when I hit the power button?  Is this normal behavior for a 3080ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming Hybrid card?  Is it just a flicker caused by the power taking half a second to be delivered to the card on boot?  Just want to make sure it isn't indicative of some impending failure.

MoBo: ASUS Rog Crosshair VIII Dark Hero X570
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-1000

I think so as well....I'll double check my open bench next time I boot up.

After a few weeks of using my 3080 FTW3 Hybrid I was getting the same.  Started off with reboots I'd get all the red lights above the PCIE cables would be on and the fans would be at 100% and the RGB on the card wasn't on.  At first it started as a very brief momentary thing.  Then one time it didn't go back to normal, it was permanently running like that.  With no adverse affects to performance mind you.  I applied for an RMA and before my replacement arrived it went back to normal.  What had changed was I had the pc off for a bit as I was doing an upgrade.  So now when it happens again for a long spat of time, usually on a reboot, I just turn the computer off and power off the PSU and hold in the power button on the case for like 30 seconds.  Turn it back on and it's all good again.

Very interesting, for me the red lights don’t come on during reboot, only from a power off state. Also my RGB comes on immediately. The flash is legit only about half a second or less, basically the same moment I press the power button.
