EVGA 3080 FTW Ultra Crashing / PSU RMAd once already and still crashing

I've already RMAd the PSU once and the issue continues. I don't think it's related to the GPU as this same exact issue happened with a 3070 I was using beforehand. I'll be trying out a Corsair PSU, but is EVGA known for sending out faulty products after an RMA? 
 
Otherwise, I'm not sure what the issue could be at this point.

    Crashing how? Sounds like the issue may be software related, or could be an issue with a specific game.

    Games either exit out or the computer does a complete restart. 
     
    I've already 
    • Uninstalled all Drivers using DDU and reinstalled.
    • RMAd my previous PSU and it continues to crash. 
        I tested out a Corsair RM850x but the problem persists so it's not the PSU. 
      These same issues happened with an MSI 3070 I was using beforehand
     
    At this point I'm not sure what else I can do.

    Reflash the bios of your motherboard if you havent done it already,fixes a lot of issues

    Check your ram for errors, make sure your ram isn’t running above the rated speed the cpu recommends for ram, check for overheating.
