Make sure you update you address now, and if you are using PayPal, make sure your information is current and correct.

I updated my address within the Evga website on my profile but wasn't using paypal when placing the order

Is the address far away?

It's like 45 minutes- 1 hour away at an apartment complex where the office will not hold packages for anyone.  It also needs a keyfob to use the elevator to get to the required apartment.

I work from 9-12 tomorrow. Are people able to go to the evga headquarters lol??

Or do you mean my old apartment complex ? They are not very helpful. They’ll just say something like “if the tenet sees something well let you know”

Maybe I have to camp out all day after work and hold the ups guy when he gets there

If the order was placed with PayPal please note that when going through checkout you have to check a box that accepts the information on PayPal is correct. We pull this information based on buyer/seller protection and cannot be altered in any way because if the package is lost due to being delivered to another address after the fact - we lose the ability to file a claim with the carrier. Orders cannot be modified once placed with or without PayPal - they need to be cancelled and the order re placed. We can look to have the order recalled and once refunded provide you a new link to purchase but just be aware this information was provided at checkout. A lot of customers will breeze through the check out without actually reading this information. I will be in tomorrow and if you need it recalled I can help with this. 

Hi Daniel, i appreciate you responding on this. When i was using the queue link that was provided in my email i kept getting an error message when checking out with the order. When i was placing the order i changed my address to the correct one throughout the process. But when i kept getting the error, i thought it was my Credit Card provider declining my purchase so i went on my bank app and noticed the charges went through. I called my bank provider and they said they weren't doing anything to prevent the item to be bought. I then reached out to EVGA which said they were having website issues and that even though it never said " order complete" and kept looking like it got declined they indeed saw a charge and told me to wait a day or two for me as they needed to manually close the order and send me a confirmation. It was a bit of a mess and i'm not sure what exactly happen but it did not get processed through paypal. I guess i will need to cancel this order to fully resolve this. is this message sufficient in helping cancel my order so that i can get a link resent to me to try and repurchase? I live near Brea as well not sure if that helps at all.

Rather than changing the delivery address, ask them to hold it at the UPS location for you.
