    1. Rig is on my desk
    2. Case is Corsair 380X
    3. Fan is in pull position (Fans are inside the case and radiator outside) - the video I posted on youtube shows that (also seems like the video link is removed?)

Have you tried installing "EVGA Flow Control" software and defining a custom fan curve for the Coolant?

My advice change fans Noctua sell some nice low noise fans at high speeds. I am using Noctua NF-P12 redux 1700 PWM on my EVGA CLC and they work great even Gaming is quite. Only thing about Noctua is colors but they do have 120 MM fans black now.

    Hello,
I feel your pain on the noise from the EVGA 360 CLC AIO fans!!  I love most everything about this AIO except the stock fans that came with it.  It is a quality item but the fans just seem like they were a after thought or the cheapest option.  I tried fans profiles, changing positions, and everything else I could think of but they are just LOUD!
I am not sure if you already found a solution but I looked at a lot of different fans and decided on a set of 3 Arctic BioniX p120-A-RGB (3 pack that includes a ARGB controller & remote control).  The price was great on the kit and I could not be happier.  Both with the fans and my now SUPER EVGA 360 AIO CLC!!  I set the fans on a pretty high RPM and they just stay there QUIET!!  I had read about Arctic fans and how good they are while remaining quiet but I was really amazed when I hooked them up myself.  Lot less cable mess as they use a fan to fan interconnect between the fans so only one end fan needs a cable to the controller.

I got the EVGA 360 for a fantastic price but I was still not happy to have to immediately shell out more money to buy a set of new fans for it.  If only there was a way to rotate the pump/block without the EVGA RGB graphic being upside down. :)

I replaced the fans with Arctic P12 PWM PST ARGB models. They are the same fans that come on the LFII ARGB model and are very quiet even at full speed. The regular P12 are great as well, and a 5 pack is only ~$30.

Unfortunately with your link missing I can't say are your CLC360 fans louder than what they are supposed to be or not but yes, even correctly functioning CLC60 fans get obnoxiously loud once RPMs go up as can be (indirectly) concluded from some of their reviews. Thus number of people have replaced them with 3rd party ones. I've went with Noctua NH-A12x25 but my CPU doesn't run as hot as yours so you might want to look into something like Phanteks T30.

Also, you might want to check what is driving your fan RPMs, CPU or coolant temperature. I prefer to use coolant temperature as I find CPU one responds too aggressively regardless of which fans are used, and in turn noise profile is annoying.

i just installed the evga clc 240. and very noisy. just order the Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. this seems to be a popular choice for those wanting to replace the evga stock fans.
I'm cooling a 10900k, and when i use evga flow control, its shows the temps all over the place, is this normal for this cpu and clc

I'm happy with Noctua in my setup but I'm not pushing my CPU hard will you be satisfied with it in yours will depend on how hard you are pushing yours. I don't overclock so I was able to run P95 at 4.3 GHz with Noctuas @ 100% for hours without running too hot. When you say "temps are all over the place" what exactly do you mean, please?

it will show 30 degrees, jump up to 50 , back down to 35, back up to high 40's, with no load

and i'm replaceing stock clc fans with noctua

im using flow control, to monitor radiator fan speed and cpu temps. also coolent temps. im using a 10900k and a evga clc 240. its only the cpu temps that are erratic.

What I mean is which one of CPU temp sensors you are looking at are "erratic"? CPU package temperature? Individual cores?

i'm using evga flow control software ,it monitors the evga clc . it monitors cpu and coolant temps and radiator fan speeds

I'm familiar with EVGA Flow software. It can monitor number of temperature sensors. Your replies indicate you didn't dig deeper than its main screen and are looking at just that figure so for the purposes of this discussion I will, in order to move on, assume you are looking at package temperature and advise that you later look deeper into things.

Oversimplification is: Each core has its own temperature and hottest core can easily be several or more C higher than lowest one. CPU package temperature is highest temperature point within CPU itself (that point doesn't have to be core so it is often higher than hottest core).

When people assume their CPU is not under load that is often not true. Windows does lots of things in the background practically all the time and in turn one will see package etc. temperatures going up and down frequently. Thus such behavior often isn't sign of any issue (BTW, I am assuming your pump isn't connected to fan header that is speed regulated but is set to full power, otherwise all bets are off).

Thing I focus most on is:

    a) maximum temperature CPU package reaches and
    b) what was difference between hottest and lowest core and CPU package vs. hottest core.

I do that by putting it under OCCT constant load for an hour with fans at 100%. If those values are where they are supposed to be for that CPU then I know it is highly likely everything is working as it should be and rest of it is tuning fan curve for noise vs. temperature level that is to my personal liking.

I've had 3 different EVGA CLCs now. The stock EVGA fans they come with are terrible for noise. At first I thought I just needed better fan curves. Nope. The fans are just loud. They aren't bad for cooling, but alm0st any fan is a better option if you want a quieter system. I replaced them with Arctic P12s and 14s at first. Those are better, but I ended up swapping those out for Noctuas. The Noctuas win, hands down, for cooling and noise.

my noctua's just got delivered so i will install them and see how it goes.
just installed and tested the Noctua NF A12x25 on my evga clc 240. These are easily the quietest fans ive ever used. the noctua's at their highest rpm is quieter than the stock fans at their lowest rpm. Im blown away by this. its almost shocking that evga would include such loud fans.

I know :) You now just need to tune fan curve to your liking, Noctuas are quieter but even at 100% they won't push as much air as EVGAs do so you need to make cure your temperatures stay under control. Keep also in mind Noctuas don't generate as much static pressure as EVGAs which makes them more sensitive to dust accumulation on the radiator. In turn you will need to clean radiator more often.

The EVGA CLC is probably the best bang for buck AIO you can get today. Most people replace the fans in their builds these days so I was elated to not overpay for mismatched fans I was pulling anyway. That being said, they're loud AF but they are also effective AF.

i agree the evga clc is a great price. I bought the clc 240 and the clc 360. I've had to replace the fans of course, the noise is probably the worst i've ever experienced on a aio. the 240 fans i replaced with noctua. the quietest fans ive ever used. people say that you dont get the same air flow thru the radiator as compared with stock evga fans. but the noctua come with an actual gasket that all but eliminates the back flow of air that i experienced with the stock fans. i'm not sure what fans ill get for the clc 360, i was thinking the corsair rgb elite fans, only because i have some laying around the office.
