Hi, i have RTX 2080 XC ULTRA, couple questons:

1. Hotspot is about +20c higher than coretemp, meaning that i have usually 72-75c core temp under heavy load, and hotspot is ~95c, is that too high? Does replacing thermal paste help, and does it end warranty?

2. Coil whine is very loud. I asked earlier evga about coilwhine, and they said its covered by warranty, if its very loud. BUT, it could mean that my retailer would probably end up returning money, instead of new card. And that would be about 479 euros, wich obviously means, i would be screwd. New RTX 3060ti is 800 euros as new, used RTX 2080 about 650e.

Is there any chance that Evga would directly replace my card if i give them evidence about that coil whine? Sorry for my english. Thank-you and happy new year!

    Yes, usually.
    and does it end warranty?

No, not if you don't damage anything in any way in the process.
