2070 Super used to light up but now it wont

Not sure what happened. I installed it to a new mobo and now it won't light up. I have the latest version of Precision X1 and it wont even give me the option to change the led settings. Other than this, the card seems to be functioning normally. Fans spin and I can play games no problem. Any help would be appreciated!

    Did you also do a clean install of Windows when you swapped boards?

    Just tested it and it does still work on old motherboard. Still won't light up in the new one.

    curious as my rtx 2080 still shows the GeForce RTX 2080 on the top of the card in blue LED
