Cannot pay collateral for my cross ship RMA

I see a few post of this in the step up program but I'm not seeing any specifically applying to warranty. I'm trying to get a RMA done and whenever I enter my card info I get "Authentication Failed. Your card issuer cannot authenticate this card. Please try again or try a different payment method."
 
Tried different browser and a few times last night/this morning with different spelling.
 
Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!

    I think they are having some issue with Master Card payments. Have you tried calling them?

    Call your CC company - make sure they are seeing & approving the charge

    I doubt it's that. One of the EVGA Techs posted a few days ago about them having some internal issues with MC payments and to reach out to them./

    Same problem here but with Visa. Called and they told me I'm basically screwed until they fix the problem. Let me know if you have any luck with getting through

    Called them on the phone and was told they would reach out and have me manually fill out an order sheet. Curiously was told that it's a Mastercard problem and Visa should be fine...

    Same here. The customer support saying they are facing issues with some Mastercard payment. They suggested me to use other cards that uses Visa. I will be keep trying with my Mastercard and if that still couldn't go through then I will have to find another Visa CC.

    I can't even use my Visa. And they stopped doing manual orders so I'm screwed

    Have you guys tried PAYPAL key ? 
     you can get it from your Paypal account,  and it acts just like a credit card but it is just a digital # Paypal gives you to use for online purchases for places that don't have official Paypal checkout options.
    Same security , safe assurances , etc...
