Did EVGA announced if there will be a que for the release of the new 2060 variant? If so, how will it interfere with the current rule of the 2 active SKU's waiting list?

NVIDIA has not set a release date yet and when they do, that is generally when EVGA will make their announcement as to what will happen.

There will probably be a queue.

NVIDIA told The Verge the 2060 12GB is coming December 7th  "Nvidia says that various models should become available starting Tuesday, December 7th."

And it's specs are listed on NVIDIA.com

Well, then, expect to hear something on December 7th.

Good luck folks in tomorrow launch: https://www.inverse.com/gaming/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2060-12gb-release-time-newegg-shuffle-ebay-best-buy
Not sure if EVGA will open up the 2060 12GB queue for "elite" members.

Is there any indication the EVGA store will have these cards at all?

EVGA doesn't talk about something that hasn't yet released, and doesn't put stuff in their store until release. Expect to see something when the launch happens.

Well 2060 has launched already and supposedly is out now, yet there's radio silence from EVGA and pretty much everyone else tbh so.. I doubt we will ever see a proper queue/stock for these ones.

Lol you'll probably never see a proper stock for any card for that matter for an extremely long time. Better hope my 1050 TI lasts a few more years

The GTX-1050 TI is extremely underrated, and no one can tell me otherwise.

If ETH ever goes to POS and other coins remain less profitable (RVN just halved today but price didn't budge), you will probably see a big improvement.  Especially in Summer, when miners can't use the "heating my house" rationale.

Pretty sure Nvidia was only making/ releasing these for system integrators to use as a stopgap card because of shortages of 30xx series ,  to sell entire systems to people .
I don't remember them ever claiming they would come to retail shelves for single sale use.
