Hi, anyone had trouble getting the RMA package to the RMA dept from Canada?
I shipped my faulty card on monday with Fedex and tracking nmumber show that they need a letter from the importer (EVGA) to clear the shipment.
I tried to contact EVGA multiple times with no success.
The package is now stuck in clearance process and I don't know what to do now.

    Did you try to call them?  Here is the contact information and I would telephone them now as they are open.
