rtx 3060 purple dots everywhere. Help!

I got the 

EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC GAMING, 08G-P5-3663-KL, 8GB GDDR6, Dual-Fan, Metal B
just a  few weeks ago. Just got around to installing it. There are purple dots everywhere. Everything works fine with my EVGA 3070.
Should I RMA? I've tried different ports and different cables, no luck.
