As the title says, halo Infinite quite possibly bricked my 3090 card. Fans spinning at max speed just at the menu screen, and now I get no video output from card. Card is non functional at this time. Awaiting to hear back from EVGA.

I have put almost 100 hours into Halo no problems i am also running Ultra FTW 3090 with 10700k 5.0 ghz OC with 3200mhz Ram on an Asus Hero Motherboard

You have one of the original drops from evga? Mine is and I think it was part of that bad batch

Yea i got the Red lips edition lol which is very early model was a little worried about it at first but i must have a 1000 hours plus of hard Gaming and its running strong fingers crossed it will hold out till 4090 lol

What do U play at for Resolution and Frame rates just trying to compile and compare to what i have heard other people having problems with??
I have a couple of builds and this one is strictly for 4k 60Fps on my Samsung 82” i have one monitor only connected.

5k resolution (5120x1440) on my Samsung G9 at 240hz, 10900k. No issues prior with warzone and such. Was getting approx 120 or so frames in halo and about 150 to 180 frames in warzone
And your point of posting this on the OP's thread is????? "Well mine is working fine" .....lol....go find a piece of wood to knock on bud! Been explained so many times....these bricked card in the FTW3 line has nothing to do with "bad psu's or resolution etc".....the big question is what is common on the bricked pcb's vs the ones that are hanging in there....thats what would be nice to know...

What it has to do with me is Im on my 2nd 3080 Ti ….and if you read back a year worth of “Bricked FTW3 Cards” (3090…3080…3080ti) you would see these Cards malfunctioning has absolutely nothing to do with psu’s or resolution, its all about Electrical Engineering….but Im sure you already new that pard……apologies fpr being insensitive to your sensitive side ;)
