Hi all! I'm having issues with my 2080 Ti Hydro Copper and realized it was not listed in "my products". It's possible I forgot to register that specific card, so I went ahead and did so. I got a message saying something like "thank you for registering your product!" then went to start a RMA, and lo and behold... The card is not in my listed products. It's not showing up anywhere. I went to register it again, and this time it says it has already been registered. What gives? Has this happened to anyone else? Support is closed until Monday so in the meantime, I figured I would ask here...  Cheers!

There are recurring problems on the site and it sometimes takes a little time for registrations to appear. If your GPU is still not there by Monday, call CS as you planned.

There are recurring problems on the site and it sometimes takes a little time for registrations to appear. If your GPU is still not there by Monday, call CS as you planned.

give the server time to refresh the database
did you upload your invoice ?
also, you should get a email

It's been almost 24 hours now... Can't upload invoice because the card doesn't appear in the drop-down list... I can't select the product I'm uploading an invoice for, since it's not showing up anywhere  No email either...

Your product was registered on 11/6/2021 and subsequently unregistered under your own account. I have re-registered the item to your account.
Thanks David - unfortunately that's not the right card, that was my girlfriend's 2080 Ti (she ended up selling it right after she realized it wasn't actually acting up). The one that won't show up has a serial that ends in 0657
