Submit service ticket doesn't work for 3 days

Hi guys, I've been trying to submit a support ticket through the website for the past three days.
I already have an account, my card is registered and invoice uploaded.
I tried different browsers, log-off/log-in, I even was able to submit a step-up request.
I just cannot submit service ticket or RMA ticket, I kept getting "server closed connection" in the beginning, now I simply get "access denied". What's going on and what to do now? I'll probably make a phone call tomorrow, but it's weird to me that the website doesn't work.

You don't have permission to access "<skipped> support.aspx" on this server.

    Worked for me.  Just created an annoying ticket for them to read.

    Are you using a special high-privacy browser, browser plugin, or VPN?  Do you have lots of browser tabs open?  Are you refreshing pages on EVGA's website a lot?

    I am also having issue trying to both create a ticket (question) and just jumping straight to RMA with a fake ticket#. I am getting the access denied error in both cases. I have tried chrome, Edge, IE. I only run 3rd party tools on chrome otherwise the other 2 are running default configs. I have had a discussion going on with some1 at (edit: webmaster email that gets removed) for a couple days now trying to resolve with no success.

    Yeah. I ended up submitting my text in a freaking image! With some bogus "please read text in the attached image" message. Anything longer gives "access denied" and their webmaster@ email replied like "We have had no reports or any other issues form any other account."
    Come on! Now I'm at the next stage, my RMA is approved, but I cannot submit collateral because of "Authentication failed" errors (and it's the same bank card I used to purchase the GPU roughly 10 days ago and it works on other websites) I never had that many issues with anything, that GPU must be really haunted :)
