Hi guys, I've been trying to submit a support ticket through the website for the past three days.
I already have an account, my card is registered and invoice uploaded.
I tried different browsers, log-off/log-in, I even was able to submit a step-up request.
I just cannot submit service ticket or RMA ticket, I kept getting "server closed connection" in the beginning, now I simply get "access denied". What's going on and what to do now? I'll probably make a phone call tomorrow, but it's weird to me that the website doesn't work.
