Hello,
I'm currently in step 5 of EVGA Step-Up and was curious about
"Your RMA number for Step-Up is valid for 14 days. If you require more time to send in your product to EVGA then please contact EVGA Customer Service at 888.881.3842."
Does this mean I have a 14-day window to pack and send in my product, and arrive at EVGA RMA department since the day I received the email?

Hi there,

Yes this means we need to receive it within 14 days (2 weeks) from the time you received your email.

Thanks for the quick reply Jayson.
If that is so, what should I do to extend the time period? I need an extra week as I'm currently out of town.
