What happened with my RMA ?

Evga Brea California recived my gpu on Monday, November 08, 10:38 AM. Up until today November 11, 03:00 PM (when i las time check), my gpu was showing up in open Rma as "pending".
Now i cannot find my gpu nowhere... the rma dissappear.... no email from evga , i even check spam folder and UPS account to see if i have to recive something....
No words from no nobody . O.o

    Wait until tomorrow morning when EVGA is open, then ask EVGA directly.

    Also, just because it was received doesn't mean it makes it to the RMA dept. on the same day.  It also depends on how many were received that day.

    Check the completed RMA History tab. Usually the RMA moves once it is nearing completion.

    Hello,

    It looks like we shipped your replacement out yesterday evening. You should see the tracking number under My EVGA -> My Products -> View Details. Your RMA has been moved to "RMA History" as we've closed the RMA now that the replacement has shipped.

    Ups sent me a message on my app this morning that they gonna deliver a package today .
    Matthew..... i try finding any trace of my card on evga page..... i couldn't
