EVGA Step Up/RMA Processing Delays

Hi Folks, I got an update from EVGA yesterday after they received my 2060S card (stepping up to a 3070) relating to RMA/Step up processing delays:
 
"Due to the Inventory of stocks, there is considerable delay in replacing and processing RMA"

Looks like once EVGA receive your card there may be a delay in getting it processed and the replacement sent.
 
Timeline for me (thanks mainly to my method of sending) is as follows:

October 10th - send 2060s off for step up
November 3rd - Arrives with EVGA (German customs roundabout, not EVGA's fault)

Still no 3070 on the way. I am based in the UK by the way, so this likely just relates to EU/UK Customers

    2060S delivered to EVGA on November 3rd - 3070 step up sent out November 15th
