Help, can't submit support ticket.

It keeps giving me a "Service Unavailable - zero size object" error every time I submit a question. My 3090 is broken and I really would like to RMA this card.

    There are problems with the site on certain pages.  I assume you cleared your browser by hitting "Ctrl+Shift+Delete."  Another thing that works sometimes is try pausing five to seven seconds before hitting the submit button.  Sometimes the only thing you can do is wait for a bit and try again.
