Hello

My first time posting on EVGA forums and I am unsure of where I should post this so please forgive me in advance. 
I sent in my RTX 2060 for RMA to Taiwan because it had developed bad memory and would crash drivers randomly initially and then progressed to crashes as soon as I would boot up and visual artifacts.
Taiwan support sent me back the same GPU which was working ok but the issue has come back and occurred 4 times now in about 2 weeks since I have received it. I am afraid it would end up the same way as before.
Also my EVGA profile says I have to register the GPU with the new serial number but I am unsure of where to find it.

Kindly guide me further on how to go about this. Thank you in advance.

Usually the card should have been automatically registered to your account since you rma’d your original card. The serial number can be found on the box the card was shipped in, on the back of the card, or just above the gold fingers on the card that plug into the motherboard.

Well thats the thing, I tried the same serial number but it isnt allowing me to put it in saying that the number is not valid now.

This is the error I get now if I use the same serial number.

Check that your product isn't already registered to your account at the URL below.

RMA replacement cards are usually automatically registered to your account when the replacement is shipped to you.

Hello. I received my GPU back a while ago but it developed the same issue yet again and EVGA Taiwan has told me start an RMA again. But I am getting a similar issue as before, telling me to use the new serial number when I havent gotten one that different.
