A lot of problems are caused by people trying to spam to 100. I feel it would need a review to sort out a better way.

I was only able to get a 3080 due to being hyped in the forums for the 30 series (my 98o Ti Hybrid didn't qualify for Elite). But now there is the Twitch E-Points redemption option, so this makes sense.

I think that the forums have had a lot less problem members and been a lot more focused since the change.
