Martin Gardner's Birthday Challenge Oct 21-28 00:00:00 UTC  GCW-LLR 7 days

Challenge thread: http://www.primegrid.com/...ead.php?id=9767#151710

This is a CPU challenge LLR2 so you will be first for prime finder.
There will be some short validation tasks to do.
Clean out those dust bunnies, these tasks can run warm using AVX FMA3.

No bunkering, only tasks DL after the start and UL before it ends will count.

If you’re getting red warnings usually it means your overclock is to high. Back off some
It seems for me is is my memory settings are too aggressive. Relax the timings first or lower the memory speed or both and see what happens

My Task on an i7 5960x eight core at 4ghz
Took 7 hr and 36 min.

The task sizes vary so times for each task will not be the same

The warnings could mean some memory and mem controllers need more voltage if the memory is over clocked Or timings.

How are they running now any more warnings?
I found what may be ok on some PG tasks, may not be ok on others.
The big tasks can be a bit picky it seems like.

One good thing with the LLR2 and the error checking it at least fixes the errors and completes the task. (Most often)
Not just error out the task and get a new one.
But at a cost, it slows down the completion time.

On an i9-9900k 8 core MT it is doing about 18 to 18.3% per hr.
I est. around 5.5 hr. Not sure what the FFT size is 1792.

It ended up at 22,586.63 sec = 6hr 12min roughly

If you are also running Collatz Conjecture 10/21/2021 08:00 (UTC) - 10/24/2021 07:59 (UTC)
You need to Keep the Network Alive so that PG can send updates on your PG Tasks while it is running.
If it crashes it will start back up ONLY if your updates are being uploaded.
Sad News for Collatz Conjecture running Formula Boinc 2021 that is you cannot dump your tasks after start time without losing a PG Task.
If I have this all wrong Please Correct this Post......

    Tasks are already coming in?

Great, I wanted to be sure on this one.
I did just dump my two rigs that are not running PG.
I am going to add one more this morning and one tonight or tomorrow morning being I do not want to dump any WCG Tasks.
