After installing EK Waterblock on my 3090 FTW3, there is no temp information on ICX.

It only appears in HWiNFO64 and MEM3, PWR5 fixed at 125C.

I also checked serveral times thermal pad on PCB.

After removing the waterblock and reinstall Stock, the result is the same and FAN1,2,3 sound incredibly loud.

Has anyone solved this problem?

I tried reinstall Precision X1, uninstall GPU Driver using DDU and reinstall, Using MCU TOOL.

I need help.

Your image was machine language code which was too long so I had to delete it.

Have you tried re-flashing the BIOS or maybe putting the 450w bios onto it? That may fix the issue.

    Hmm.. I’ll try re-flashing 450W BIOS. thanks!

[EDIT] I tried re-flashing 450W BIOS BOTH NORMAL AND OC. but It didn't work.. :(

I was searching for some info about this, I installed Alphacool Aurora RTX 3090 FTW3 Waterblock and all my sensors are gone except GPU...With GPU-Z I can see them perfect except iCX PWR5 that shows -C...EVGA PX1 won't display just like yours...

I was keep using my 3090 ftw3 though it has sensor problems. Two weeks ago, I sent my 3090 ftw3 to get rma.

Imo waterblock causes sensor short and damage. So i requested revisioned stand-off(positioned nearby sensors) to EK and got it.

When my 3090 ftw3 returned, i will update this post.

Had a similar issue when I first blocked my card. Seemed to be a combination of mounting pressure and pcie-seating. Remounting/reseating the card fixed it for me. I would try reseating first.

I thought it was that but i already tried more than once and still all my sensors are blocked. When you say "reseating" you mean on the PCIe Slot or to remove the waterblock and install it again? I checked all the thermalpads and all seems to be in place and doing nice contact, I even loosen it a bit and still no results...

Funny how nobody is acknowledging this issue....I installed the hybrid kit on my FTW 3 3080 ti and have the exact same issue.  updated to the latest firmware...card runs better than expected.  however if I power off my PC and power back on, the fans ramp to 100%...no way to control them with any kind of software including Precision x1.  If I reflash the bios/firmware the problem goes away until I power off and power on my PC....the issue returns.  I also have zero sensor readout with the exception of the GPU on Precision x.  If I use GPU-Z....I can see the temps for each sensor with the exception of PWR5 reads 125c.  This has to be a firmware issue....

When you do the flash, do the 125C ICX temps go down to more normal values like the rest in HWInfo?  I suspect the max fan issue is the card seeing those very high temp readings and maxing out the fans.  Although that also doesn't explain why the readings show up in HWinfo and not PX1.  I also don't know why a bios flash would temporarily fix the fan issue.

This feels more like a hardware problem though since it has occurred after each person installed a water block or hybrid kit.  Particularly if re-installing the stock cooler doesn't fix it.

Well if you are using X1 version 3.x then I would drop down to any version of 2.x. There are many bugs introduced in version 3.x. Clearly EVGA did not care about maintaining the same standards going to version 3.x.
