So today I tried my Visa credit card and my payment went through! Hopefully anyone else here who has problems can get that to work if they have not sent off the Manual Charge form already.

Same issue here (Canada). I've been trying to pay with Mastercard Credit for my RMA. Same card I used to purchase the card like 10-14 days ago? Are you having problems with the payment gateway again? Also tried my wife's card and even couple of non-Canadian Visa cards. Same error - "Authentication Failed. Your card issuer cannot authenticate this card. Please try again or try a different payment method."
Tried different browsers, entered postal code differently, even tried to pay from my phone.
And just made a purchase with the same card at Canadian Computers website with zero issues.

I have tried 3 different credit cards and all of them got the authentication failed message.

I tried my Bank Debit card and it worked, Payment Successfully Submitted.

I read earlier that someone got it to work with their paypal debit card, so it seems they may have issues processing 'Credit' transactions

I recommend people who have issues to try any form of debit card

I know this is a slightly old thread, but is anyone still having these issues?  I am trying to do a cross-ship RMA and its yelling at me.

Are you trying to use a MasterCard?  See my post in this other thread.  Seems EVGA is having issues with MasterCards from some specific banks.
