Ticket Number for Adv RMA

Hi, my 3090 FTW3 needs to be RMA'd due to becoming faulty, I know I need a ticket number from tech support to initiate the RMA, but I cannot get it when I haven't had any contact back from support in regard to the ticket, and it has been 5 business days. 
 
This GPU is my mainly driver not only for gaming but for work too and I need a cross ship RMA to be done as soon as possible. How can I get an answer from support?

    Try email support@evga.com. That is the US based email, but hopefully they can get you the ticket number you need so you can move forward with the RMA process.

    I can confirm that our EU Support team has reached out to you via email with further instructions so that you may be able to replace your graphics card.  Please follow those instructions and details recently sent out to you today.

    It's great to see that the EVGA team notices the forum posts and helps out members. Hopefully now it will go smoothly.
