Bios fully up to date? I believe d6 points to the gpu not being detected. 5 beeps points to a cpu error.

Or have you clean your motherboard BIOS setting reset back default with no overclock before put I9 9700k socket?
That D6 = D6 No Console Output Devices are found found in your manaul book > Pages 135
Try shut down (do not switch off the power yet) Press reset button on the back of your PC and test to boot up? If no good then unplug the power from the wall. Remove CMOS Battery and let drain the little power down! Try Reset your CPU socket onto motherboard proppley and your GPU too what Sanjin said!
leave for 10mins. Try swap new CMOS battery (CR2032) and try boot up again? If still will not boot up then you can switch BIOS select 2 to boot up. If it boot up ok so then you can switch back BIOS Select 1 and update latest firmware on to BIOS 1 switch as it should be fix. When done update Firmware on BIOS Select 1 it will automatic reboot and save.
Latest Update Firmware here > BIOS Version 1.17
For switch BIOS select 1 and 2 here from the Manual Book pages 20

I’m unsure on the bios version as I can not get into the bios, I removed my gpu and tried onboard video both DP and HDMI same error.

Current CMOS battery tested @ 3.030 volts, replaced with brand new battery anyway no change.

Reseted both CMOS on both Bios 1 & 2 no change.

    Reseated CPU, no change.

Hdd,Gpu, and sound card were also removed for testing.

Have the cpu checked at a friends house/local pc shop. If the cpu is ok then I would send the board back to evga, and have them update the bios, or have a local pc shop update the bios using a compatible cpu. Board could have issues as well, so sending it back to evga might be the best option.

I had a feeling it was because the bios wasn’t ready for 9th gens, but without an 8th gen to update/test I will more than likely reach out to EVGA Monday when they open. Thank you guys.

Sorry I just realise and forget about Z370 is sometime has not been update to 1.17 for I9 series that not support old BIOS Firmware Versions. Sometime they bought from Amazon or others shoops which it not upto dated Firmware 1.17 but if from EVGA yes they update to date the lastet Firmware 1.17.
Maybe you can try borrow one of your family or friends if they still have I7 CPU Socket then you can update firmware to 1.17 from there and you can boot up I9 9700k.
Hope it hope help you or if you cannot find any i7 CPU Socket then you may need send to local shop what Sanjin was saying?
