Trying to do a warranty claim on a 3070 due to artifacting, and says I cannot submit an RMA or warranty without a ticket number.  SO the only thing I can find is to post a "Question" which seems like it generates a ticket when it gets responded to or something, but it has been a couple days now and no one has responded.  Is there another way to get a ticket number?

I take it you went here: https://www.evga.com/support/register.asp and then to "SERVICE TICKETS" and you had already registered your GPU and you have uploaded an invoice?  If so, you should have received something by now.  You might want to email or call customer service:

Tickets are usually answered within 12 hours typically. Fastest way is to simply call us. We do suggest if you do start a support ticket let the representative know that way we don't have any confusion. Hope this helps.
