Hi all.
So, after a year of trying to source a 30 series card I finally got queue notified about the 3070 Ti a couple of weeks ago.
I bought it. It arrived last week, but it's DOA. Just my luck!
I spoke to tech support and they said to raise an RMA but that says 'Our RMA stock are thoroughly tested recertified parts'
Sorry, that isn't good enough. I've bought a NEW premium priced card that is dead on arrival. I'm not looking to get a 'recertified replacement', I'm entitled to what I paid for and receive a NEW replacement. How can I get this escalated?
Also the tech support contact said not to send back the original box. Surely that's the best way to protect it?
Also, as above I am expect a NEW in box card in return as that's what I've paid for. Do they send the cards out in the proper product box?
